Couscous Style Poke Bowl

Ingredients

20g Couscous

5 Prawns from the freezer

100ml Boiling Water

Spring Onion

Green Chilli 

Soy Sauce

Mayonnaise 

Baby Spinach 

Toasted Peanuts

Salt

Pepper

METHOD

Toast the couscous in olive oil in a pan (game changer) until golden. Add in the prawns from the freezer. Add salt and pepper and the boiling water. Cover with a lid or cling film and allow to stand for five minutes 

Then chop: spring onions, green chili, and avocado. Then add in the baby spinach to this.

Now mix soy sauce with a little mayonnaise and mix all parts together.

Top with toasted peanuts.

Trinity will be closed for the festive period from 24th December until 28th December, and the 1st January until the 4th January.
