Trinity DNA in a sandwich…in the CITY
Following the success of our Sandwich Truck in Clapham Common, OUTSIDE now opens November 3rd 2025 in a new location, as a pop-up at Nova Coffee and Bakery, Farringdon.
From the 3rd November, OUTSIDE moves to Nova Coffee and Bakery, situated close to Farringdon station, and set up to create social impact through the Nova Academy, which will provide barista training in partnership with charities supporting disadvantaged people in London.
Originally partnering with Luminary Bakery, Nova is working to expand its barista training program to include charities in the local area.

It was a real shame when we saw the van driving away to mark the end of the Summer, but I’m really excited to announce that it’s back on a full-time basis.

OUTSIDE will have an increased offering that fits snugly with the brand and values. The same suppliers with lots of incredible additions, providing the viral sandwiches, specials and new exciting collaborations, chips, drinks, and so much more.
Corporate catering will be available and the team are working on monthly events where special menus and activities will take place. Think Sip and Spin with local pottery experts, guest chefs, and wine tasting evenings paired with sandwiches.
