Go Balls!

Makes: 60-70 go balls
Ingredients

Equal quantities (I make 250g of each)

Pitted Dates, chopped – use raisins if you prefer 

Slated Almonds

Rolled Oats

Peanut Butter 

Maple Syrup

Pea Protein Powder

Pumpkin Seeds

METHOD

Mix all of these well, lay on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes at 150 degrees celcius.

Allow to cool so that you can handle the mix and roll into 25g balls. 

Store in the fridge for a week or freeze and take out as needed.

I find these really help and I prefer them and trust them more than processed gels.

Trinity will be closed for the festive period from 24th December until 28th December, and the 1st January until the 4th January.
